If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order. You may call, come in person, or write to us.

Charlene Reed

Charlene has been in customer services for over 20 years. She joined the flower shop family in 2007 as a floral clerk/customer service representative, and worked her way up to manager/designer. She has learned a lot about the floral business in a short period of time. Charlene continues to further her knowledge of the business so she can assist our customers and employees with any questions or concerns they may have.
